[Pro 4:7 NKJV] 7 Wisdom [is] the principal thing; [Therefore] get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding.

If there’s one thing above everything else that you should seek in life, it is WISDOM — Listen again:

[Pro 16:16 NKJV] 16 How much better to get wisdom than gold! And to get understanding is to be chosen rather than silver.

[Ecc 9:18 NKJV] 18 Wisdom [is] better than weapons of war…”

[Mat 13:44 NKJV] 44 “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and hid; and for

[Pro 4:7 NIV] 7 “…Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have…”

[Mar 8:36-37 NKJV] 36 “For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? 37 “Or what will a

If there’s one thing above all else that you should seek in life, it is WISDOM

[Psa 111:10 NIV] 10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom…

[Deu 2:25 KJV] 25 This day will I begin to put the dread of thee and the fear[H3374] of thee upon the nations [that are] under the whole heaven, who shall hear report of thee, and shall tremble, and be in anguish because of thee.

[1Ki 3:7 NKJV] 7 “Now, O LORD my God, You have made Your servant king instead of my father David, but I [am] a little child; I do not know [how] to go out or come in.

[Pro 8:13 KJV] 13 The fear[H3374] of the LORD [is] to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.

[Jas 4:10 NKJV] 10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.

[1Ki 12:6-7 KJV] 6 And king Rehoboam consulted with the old men, that stood before Solomon his father while he yet lived, and said, How do ye advise that I may answer this people? 7 And they spake unto him, saying, If thou wilt be a servant unto this people this day, and wilt serve them, and answer them, and speak good words to them, then they will be thy servants for ever.

[1Ki 12:8-11, 16 NIV] 8 But Rehoboam rejected the advice the elders gave him and consulted the young men who had grown up with him and were serving him. 9 He asked them, “What is your advice? How should we answer these people who say to me, ‘Lighten the yoke your father put on us’?” 10 The young men who had grown up with him replied, “These people have said to you, ‘Your father put a heavy yoke on us, but make our yoke lighter.’ Now tell them, ‘My little finger is thicker than my father’s waist. 11 My father laid on you a heavy yoke; I will make it even heavier. My father scourged you with whips; I will scourge you with scorpions.’ ” … 16 When all Israel saw that the king refused to listen to them, they answered the king: “What share do we have in David, what part in Jesse’s son? To your tents, Israel! Look after your own house, David!” So the Israelites went home.

[Pro 11:2 NKJV] 2 When pride comes, then comes shame; But with the humble [is] wisdom.

[Pro 2:6 NKJV] 6 For the LORD gives wisdom; From His mouth [come] knowledge and understanding;

[1Co 1:23-24 NLT] 23 So when we preach that Christ was crucified, the Jews are offended and the Gentiles say it’s all nonsense. 24 But to those called by God to salvation, both Jews and Gentiles, Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God.

[1Co 1:27 NKJV] 27 But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise,…

[1Ki 3:9 NIV] 9 So give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong. For who is able to govern this great people of yours?”

[Jer 17:9 NKJV] 9 “The heart [is] deceitful above all [things], And desperately wicked; Who can know it?

[Isa 26:5 NLT] 5 He humbles the proud and brings down the arrogant city. He brings it down to the dust.

[Jas 1:5 NKJV] 5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

[Mat 6:33 NKJV] 33 “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

[1Ki 3:9-12 NKJV] 9 “Therefore give to Your servant an understanding heart to judge Your people, that I may discern between good and evil. For who is able to judge this great people of Yours?” 10 The speech pleased the Lord, that Solomon had asked this thing. 11 Then God said to him: “Because you have asked this thing, and have not asked long life for yourself, nor have asked riches for yourself, nor have asked the life of your enemies, but have asked for yourself understanding to discern justice, 12 “behold, I have done according to your words; see, I have given you a wise and understanding heart, so that there has not been anyone like you before you, nor shall any like you arise after you.
